Trincadeira 2015 is a dry red wine from 100% of a Portuguese grape variety named Trincadeira, produced by a winery called Quinta da Tôr, in Algarve, Portugal.
This is a rustic, well-balanced wine with a deep ruby color and intense, fresh acidity.
Dark fruits, plum and cherry on the nose, prunes, chocolate, some spiciness and fruit jam on the palate.
Harvested manually, vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control, then also aging in stainless steel tanks.
Intense fruity and herbs aromas with a medium finish and 13,5% of ABV.
Pairing well with red meats, soft cheeses, paella or sausages.
