Aragonez Rosé 2015 from Algarve

Rosé wine from Algarve, the southern wine region of Portugal.

The wine was produced by Quinta da Tôr winery, which has a terroir conducive to a balanced maturation.

This 2015 vintage wine was made from the Touriga Nacional (10%), Syrah (35%) and Aragonez (35%) grape varieties.

The drink has a deep copper color.

Smelling the wine, fine aromas of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and cherry, with a hint of greens like green tea or gooseberry, on the nose. On the palate, this is a slim and fruity rosé wine with the little aroma of sweetness, and medium acidity standing out mainly at the end.

The drink has 12,5% alcohol content.

Winemaking: After manually harvested, the fermentation was going on in stainless steel vats with temperature control.

Pairing well with the local seafood, tapas dishes, cheeses or white meats.

Enjoy this rosé wine on a hot summer evening, on a dinner with friends, at the beach.

Cheers!
