Today, let me introduce you guys a very delicious wine that I really liked!
This time I show you a dry red wine made from 100% Touriga Nacional grape variety in the vineyard called Quinta da Tôr, located in Loulé county, Algarve, Portugal.
This is a smooth, full-bodied wine with deep ruby color. Intense aromas of black fruits on the nose, cherry and plum flavors on the palate…. aaand strong vanilla flavor!
The wine staged 6 months in a French Oak Tonel.
An elegant wine with high tannins, 14,5 % alcohol level, and a long finish with caramel aromas.
Pair it with any kind of meats, pasta, or even with seafood-riced meals.
I really recommend this wine to you guys, it is worth for a winetasting tour!
